Any shortfall or damage to goods must be notified as soon as reasonably possible following receipt of the goods. All parts being returned for credit must be in a resaleable condition. Orders that have been correctly supplied and returned for credit will be refunded less delivery charges incurred by Advanced Radiators Ltd and may be subject to a handling charge of 25%. Credits will only be issued upon our receipt of the returned goods.
